Women entrepreneurs, founders, co-founders, and business leaders at any stage. Startups, small businesses, and growing enterprises all qualify. Nominations come from anyone, including the nominee herself.

Anyone can nominate. Colleagues, friends, family, business partners, or community members can put forward a woman entrepreneur they believe deserves recognition. Self-nominations are welcome too.
Yes. We encourage women entrepreneurs to nominate themselves. Your story matters, and you know your impact best.
No. Nominations are completely free. We believe recognition should be accessible to all.
Our judging panel reviews all nominations against clear criteria including innovation, leadership, community impact, and business growth. Finalists are announced before the awards gala.
We recognize excellence across five categories: Entrepreneur of the Year, Rising Star Entrepreneur, Social Impact Leader, Innovation & Technology Leader, and Women-Owned Small Business of the Year.

Our primary focus is celebrating Canadian women entrepreneurs. Global nominations may be considered if the nominee has significant Canadian business operations.
